Weekly Score
Know If You're Winning the Week — Not Just Today
A daily streak tells you whether you did something today. But it doesn't tell you whether you're making real progress. VaultHabits adds a weekly score — a single number that reflects your overall consistency across all habits for the week, so you can see at a glance whether you're on track or need to push harder.
The problem with streaks alone
Streaks are motivating but narrow. They measure one habit at a time, and they're binary — either intact or broken. Miss a day and your 47-day streak becomes a 0, which can feel so discouraging that people give up entirely rather than starting again.
More importantly, streaks don't give you a picture of your week as a whole. You could have a 30-day meditation streak but be skipping exercise and eating badly every day — and your streak tracker shows you nothing but a green checkmark.
The weekly score gives you the whole picture. If you completed 18 out of 20 possible habit check-ins this week, your score is 90%. That's a number you can be proud of, compare to last week, and use to decide whether to coast or push harder.

Why weekly beats daily
Trend visibility
Week-on-week scores show you whether you're improving over time — something streaks can't reveal because they reset.
Resilience to bad days
A single missed habit doesn't tank your week score the way it tanks a streak. An 87% week with one slip is still a great week.
Cross-habit visibility
Your score reflects all habits simultaneously — so you can't trick yourself into thinking you're doing well while neglecting half your routines.
Natural review rhythm
Weekly reviews are how most people naturally reflect on progress. The score gives you something concrete to review each Sunday.
Used alongside category tabs
VaultHabits organises habits into categories (Health, Work, Finance, Personal) and generates a score per category as well as overall. So you can see that your Health habits are at 95% but your Work habits are at 60% — and know exactly where to focus next week.
